The first floor has a large professional kitchen with its breakfast bar opening out to the spacious open plan dining and living area with its sumptuous suede dining chairs surrounding the beautiful 10 seater dining table.

The suede armchairs nestling near the contemporary fireplace complement the 8 seater sofa and with views over the Les Aiguilles Vertes through the floor to ceiling picture windows. With two sets of French windows this living space opens up onto the stone patio or the 20m2 terrace with its spa hot tub, perfect for enjoying a relaxing glass of champagne after skiing and enjoying the view facing directly towards Mont Blanc itself as well as overlooking the grounds.

Upstairs on the first floor is a further en-suite bedroom with a private balcony and two further bedrooms with a shared balcony and a shared bathroom and toilet.

Downstairs on the ground floor the chalet there is a bunk room ideal for children and the rejuvenating 8 person sauna and luxury shower. As well as this there is a private ski room with heated boot warmers and storage for wet ski clothes and the ski chalets laundry room and garage.
