Kitesurfing lessons for beginners are boat assisted, meaning that you can comfortably float downwind practising your technique with your instructor talking to you over the radio via an earpiece in your helmet. The bay at Porto Pollo is so large you can literally take more than half an hour to float downwind in each session with the safety boat behind you. Lessons are restricted to a maximum of 4 persons per instructor.
